Quiet weekdays for guests who can travel outside of the weekend period. Suitable for remote work, recharging, walks in nature, and a few calm days in the mountains.

Weekend (Friday–Sunday): €230 / night

For cozy gatherings, relaxed evenings by the fireplace, and time with your closest people. Suitable for short breaks, birthdays, holidays, and visiting the area.



High Season (April – September)

230€ / night

The most suitable period for a summer holiday: time by the pool, evenings outdoors, walks in the Balkan mountains, and peaceful mornings with beautiful nature views. Ideal for families and groups looking to spend a few days together in a comfortable, self-contained house with a yard, pool, and amenities for everyone.


Accommodation Terms
  • The house is rented as a whole for groups up to 10 guests.
  • Up to 2 additional beds are available if needed; €15 per adult per night.
  • Pets with proper hygiene habits are allowed; €10 per day.
  • Check-in after 15:00.
  • Check-out by 11:00.
  • A €100 security deposit is required upon arrival and is refunded at departure after inspection.
  • In case of damages, the cost is deducted from the deposit; if above €100, guests cover the difference.
  • Holiday pricing is determined individually depending on dates.
  • Reservation is confirmed after a deposit is transferred.
