House Rules
When renting the house, a safety deposit is paid, which will be returned to you when you are ready to leave. The aim of the safety deposit is to compensate damages within the house and on the building itself. All damages will be deducted from the amount of the safety deposit. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the customer shall be obliged to restore them to their full extent.
Pets are welcome, by arrangement with the owner and with good hygiene habits.
The prices for the holidays could be different from the normal rates.
